1. Junior Planner Clerk Hangar (2 new positions)
Reporting to the Planner and Sales Manager, the Junior Planner Clerk key responsibilities will be:
• Plan the work to be performed on the aircraft which he is appointed
• Ensure the preparation of materials required for the technical team work
• Support the planning team in all tasks related
Requirements:
• Professionnal diploma / collegial diploma or equivalent experience
• 1-3 years of experience in similar position
• Excellent knowledge of English and French (oral and written)
• Very good knowledge of MS Office software (Word and Excel)
• Ability to work in team and handle multiple projects simultaneously
2. Senior Advisor in Operations Management & Continuous Improvement
Cabin Reconfiguration & Aircraft MaintenanceReporting to the Industrial Engineering Group, responsiblities include:
o Define, measure and analyze the current situation of the business unit:
o Business processes
o Organizational structure
o Roles and responsibilities
o Facilities, equipment and tools
o Information Technology and Communication
o Management systems:
Human Resources
Quality
Environment
Performance
Health and Safety
• Implement a new ERP system
• Define the best improvement projects, priorities, resources, personnel and financial resources
• Plan, organize, direct and control improvement projects promoting the active participation of managers and employees
• Support, train and coach managers and employees for the implementation of improvement projects
• Actively contribute to promoting a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement
• Prepare and deliver training in continuous improvement
o Lean Manufacturing
o Six Sigma
o Theory of Constraints
o Problem Solving
o Change Management, etc.
• Define, implement and monitor performance indicators (KPI) and implement corrective and preventive actions
• If required, act as an business expert for the other managers of the five business units
Criteria:
• Bachelor of Engineering, Operations Management or equivalent
• Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt
• Fluency in French and English (written and spoken)
• MBA or Masters an advantage
• At least five (5) years relevant experience in continuous improvement
• Mastery of concepts, methodologies and Lean tools, Six Sigma, Theory of Constraints, Kaizen
• Experience in aerospace and change management desirable

3. BUSINESS UNIT MANAGER, AIRCRAFT MAINTENANCE
As a strategic manager, you will be responsible for your business unit contribution to the business results. You will be responsible for optimizing the activities of your business unit to meet the objectives of efficiency, profitability and quality. To do this, you will be responsible for:
• Define, communicate and implement the annual strategic plan of your activities
• Define and control the budget for your division
• Improve the profitability of your business unit
• Reduce and optimize the costs of labor and indirect expenses
• Identify, analyze and assess your needs for labor
• Communicate procedures and oversee its implementation
• Participate in developing the strategic plan of the company.
Criteria:
• Bachelor of Operations Management, Mechanical Engineering / Industrial or equivalent
• Fifteen (15) years experience in the field of aircraft maintenance
• English and French spoken and written
• Excellent knowledge of MRO Industry
• Experience in managing work team
