Shops

Your repairs are in good hands in our well-equipped shops. General categories of components we have been successfully repairing for years include radomes, ailerons, elevators, flight controls, engine nacelles and cowlings.

Composite repairs

Composites are an excellent material for aircraft structures: they are strong, light, do not corrode and can take any shape. They do have some drawbacks, however: for example, a small puncture can let moisture into the core, making the structure heavier and weaker. Dropping a tool on a fairing or flight control can cause delamination, which has led to catastrophic part failure in the past. Our composite-trained technicians inspect and repair these materials.

Modifications

Our teams carry out OEM service bulletins and ADs, satcom system installations, cabin modifications (R&R), fuel system repairs & SBs and specialized modification programs.
