“Bonjour / Hi, may I help you?” Our agents, who speak more than 15 languages (French, English, Spanish, Arabic, Portuguese, Chinese…), know how to recognize passengers looking for information to welcome them, guide them, assist them at a self-service kiosk, or simply be available to answer their questions. In every one of these situations, we are there!

At all times, the mission of our PRM agents, trained to legal standards, is to make travel more accessible and easier for passengers. An arm to guide, a hand to help, a smile to reassure. For them, we are there!

Our agents’ number one priority: whatever the size, every piece of baggage must reach its destination. Surfing in Hawaii without a board or a swimsuit, skiing in Whistler without skis or a ski suit, showing up at an event without the banner for your booth: that should never happen!
