🛫Salary: $80,000 to $100,000/year
📍Full-time | Hybrid

Avianor, a leader in aircraft maintenance, is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Aviation Safety Coordinator to join our Quality team. Take on a key strategic role and help maintain the highest standards in aviation safety.

✈️Your responsibilities:

• Develop, update, and maintain the Safety Management System (SMS) manual
• Define and implement safety policies and objectives
• Ensure SMS regulatory requirements are integrated and followed in operations
• Conduct internal safety audits
• Analyze and follow up on SMS and safety reports (RDP)
• Lead and facilitate safety governance and emergency meetings
• Maintain and report on key safety performance indicators
• Share best practices across departments and issue safety advisories

🧩What we're looking for:

• College diploma (DEC) in aeronautics or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of experience in aircraft maintenance (AMO)
• Strong knowledge of SMS and safety standards
• Familiarity with aviation regulations (CARs – an asset)
• M2 license (an asset)
